The first Paxton & Whitfield cheese shop was opened in 1797 and we're proud that our shops have been going strong ever since - remaining agile through difficult times of change in the UK through the years and staying strong to the principles of our founders; selling the finest quality artisan cheese from the UK and across the continent.
